  • Manage the accounts of newly approved partners
  • Approve or decline partner applications, introduce partners to the network, setting them up for success
  • Maintain strict compliance while growing each partner to its fullest potential
  • Conduct introductory phone interviews and oversee applications of new partners
  • Research and analyze campaigns to suggest to partners on a case-by-case basis
  • Manage and assist partners by answering questions, and work together to solve issues that they may encounter

Account Coordinators

Can you?

  • Provide support to the Account Management team and assigned client accounts
  • Generate and analyze weekly client and agency reports to support cross sell and optimization opportunity
  • Develop HTML newsletters and deliver to publisher groups to effectively communicate new product/ program updates
  • Execute campaign setup and production, including audits and updates of banner creative, text links, publisher facing content
  • Act as advertisers' technical liaison to ensure that each campaign is produced and executed efficiently and to customer specification
  • Understand current market and online industry trends and execute tactical changes to client campaigns
  • Accurately maintain and improve account data in internal systems
  • Help to improve process and enhance department efficiencies
  • Responding to all distribution emails for all clients, ensuring all publishers have the information needed to apply to the program as well as pull relevant links
  • Publisher vetting, approving new publishers into the programs as well as updating and changing payout terms

Software Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Build: Design, develop, and integrate our core ad analytics and anti-ad fraud products on CTV video distribution platforms.
  • Lead & Mentor: Play a pivotal role in the software lifecycle—hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and team mentorship.
  • Innovate: Develop ad verification, analytics, and anti-ad fraud software that empowers ad buyers and sellers to assess the quality of ad data on CTV platforms (e.g., Roku, Smart TVs, Amazon FireStick, Apple TV). You'll be the go-to expert for technical advice and CTV expertise.
  • Collaborate: Gather business and technical requirements from broadcaster clients and drive solutions, including API development.
  • Thrive: Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What You Bring

  • Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work both independently and as a vital team member.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Startup Passion: Enthusiasm for a startup-like atmosphere and digital advertising.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on full-stack programming experience with Java and JavaScript.
    • Strong proficiency in Java (collections, multi-threading, JVM memory model, etc.).
    • Experience with AWS, EC2.
    • Familiarity with HTTP live streaming, video distribution platforms, HTTPS, HLS, and/or DASH protocols.
    • Experience building software for video delivery across multiple platforms, including CTV.
    • Knowledge of CTV Video Ad Servers, Ad Stitchers, SSAI.
    • Experience with React, NodeJS, and oRTB.
